High Frequency Amplifier Upgrade

The 20dB amplifier (SBB-2089Z: 50.0MHz - 850.0MHz) in the RF front-end can be upgraded with a higher frequency device (SBB-5089Z: 50.0MHz - 6.0GHz) by replacing the following components with the values shown:

  • C27, C72 = 68pF (Package: 0402)
  • L1, L2 = 82nH 1008CS (Package: 1008)
  • L7, L8 = 0R Resistor (Package: 0402)
  • U17, U18 = Sirenza Microdevices SBB-5089Z (Package: SOT-89)
